  2. We offer different types of workflows and they all have specific functions out of the box to get you started
    • Basic workflow offers 5 preconfigured indexes.
    • Advanced workflow offers 5 preconfigured indexes and 5 of your choice.
    • Logic workflow offers 5 preconfigured indexes and 10 of your choice, as well as advanced configurations like email alerts, invoice calculations, database lookups, comparisons, and much more.

No. However, certain types of handwritten documents have been known to work with our Technology. It can only be assessed on a one on one basis. Please make contact with us for a demo.

Customer Support

Office Vault comes standard with email support for paid versions.

If you require any remote or onsite consulting, you would need to pay for Professional Services.

We offer separate SLA’s for the plan you’ve chosen.

 

Currently, we only support the Windows platform for the installation of Office Vault. But all devices that are on the same network can access the system via any modern browser. e.g Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari and Firefox

Office Vault is built with the latest Technology trends, using Microsoft asp.net framework and SQL database for storing all configurations and files.

All your data is encrypted locally on your server and should be managed by your IT department.

If you have opted for our Cloud Managed version, then we will take care of everything from backups to hardware and system maintenance.

Yes. Our solution allows you to create different levels of access to departments and users. Your users can belong to multiple departments and have different access throughout the system.

Permissions can be managed for access to files or projects down to the user level.

No. Unfortunately, you would need to determine what option best suits your environment.

Yes. This option can be done through a once of payment for high document processing in the chosen month. Please contact our support channel to activate this function.

Yes. An active connection to our license server is required for validation.

Our system will automatically notify you a few months before it expires. If it is not renewed in time, the system will lockout and no access will be granted until the license issue has been resolved.

All your data will remain intact and secure on your hosted server.

 

Mobile Capture App

Yes. Right now, we only have the capturing app both for IOS and Android smartphones. This app will allow you to capture receipts or invoices and direct them to selected workflows within Office Vault.

The Office Vault app is only used for capturing receipts & invoices when you on the go.

Once you capture any document, you can then process it through any of the workflows available to you. e.g Capture a till slip and send it to your Expense Claim workflow within Office Vault.

Capturing may still continue, as the documents will be stored in the app. When you are back online and have access to the internet, your documents will be processed to the necessary workflows selected.

– Ai +Digital Workflows Edition, Combined with the Ai Edition, the Digital Workflow Engine allows you to easily and securely distribute documents, forms, and contracts from Office Vault or your favorite application for your customers to electronically sign or approve.
